About the NIKKEI Integrated Report Award
The NIKKEI Integrated Report Award aims to contribute to the improvement of integrated reports by Japanese companies and promote constructive dialogue with investors. Under rigorous evaluation by fund managers from financial institutions, analysts, and academic experts, the awards recognize integrated reports that excel in corporate value enhancement narratives and financial/non-financial information disclosure. In 2024, 496 companies and organizations participated.

Marubeni’s “Integrated Report 2024” presents the Marubeni Group’s growth strategy for enhancing corporate value, structured around three pillars: “Sustain and Improve Cash Generation,” “Sustain and Improve ROE,” and “Reduce Cost of Equity.” The report aims to clearly convey the growth strategy by describing the Marubeni Group’s unique characteristics and distinctive approaches to growth with specific examples and detailed explanations.

Moving forward, Marubeni will continue to produce integrated reports that accurately communicate its corporate value enhancement initiatives to stakeholders while striving to further enrich their content.
