Marubeni Corporation has resolved the following organizational and personnel changes:

I. Organizational Change (As of April 1, 2022)

Business Group:
The North American Grain Business Department will be transferred from the Agri Business Division to the Food Division-Ⅱ and will be renamed the Grain Business Department.
