MORE by Sym is quite comfortable. I didn’t feel wet or experience any leakage.
Previously, I had reacted to pads because I have very sensitive skin. I used to look for
alternative products, which wouldn’t cause any skin reaction, but there was limited
choice. I didn’t experience any skin issue when using MORE by Sym.
It is a good choice for me and females who have very sensitive skin.
From a doctor’s point of view, many females tend to use pads for quite a long time, but
ideally it’s not good for their skin and health.
The new MORE by Sym brand recommends changing pads every 3-4 hours. I totally
agree with this education and all the females need to know about this.
I suggest to all the females to change their pads periodically as well. We need to raise
more awareness about this problem.

We recommend changing a pad every 3-4 hours because it is important to prevent skin problem and keep yourself comfortable.
How to use and dispose?
- Open the package on the first fold. This is the front side.
- Pull the packaging in the opposite direction to remove all the papers.
- Attach the sanitary napkin to the panty properly and fold the wings.
- After use, wrap the sanitary napkin with the packaging and toss it in the bin.
- Do not flush it down the toilet.
What are other cautionary points?
- The napkin is made of a very soft material, so when changing the napkin, please peel it off gently and do not pull it hard.
- Please be careful so that the pad does not slip or leak through the side on heavy-flow days , when sleeping, or when exercising.
- Do not use it for long periods of time, and change it frequently.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Keep out of reach of small children.
- Discontinue use in case of irritation and consult with a gynecologist.
